Measuring from a pant
you own.
One of the most
effective ways to know what size to order is to measure a good fitting
pant you own and compare this with the above table.
To measure your pant place the pant on a flat surface button it or
zippered it up
and use the following graphics to get the measurements and compare with
the above table.

Sleeve Length:
Measure the sleeves by including the entire shoulder and arm length.
Chest: Measure the shirt around from seam to seam below the
sleeves.
Waist: Measure around your waist.
Inseam: The inseam of the pants is the inner leg stitching that
runs from the edge of the hem to to the top most part where pant legs
meet.
