At My Cuban Store, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen. The wrong size or color has been ordered and you want to return something. Our return policy makes it easy!

1. If we make a mistake on your order, send us an e-mail at and we'll send a return label.

2. Items can be returned up to 365 days after the order received date. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Item returned from a “Free Shipping Option order” will be charged shipping charges.

3. Art, posters, custom orders, Custom items, wholesale orders, swimsuits, FINAL SALE items and cd’s, dvd, software or any other media are not returnable.

4. Items must be unused in their original condition with all packaging materials including labels and plastic bags. We reserve the right to deny any return and we will ship back at customer’s expense.

5. Returns will not accepted if they are damaged, contain stains, animal hair or any other product we may consider hazard to our customers and unable to resale.

6. All returns or exchanges MUST be new with all tags attached.

7. Free shipping does NOT apply when returning an item. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging items.

8. Customers are responsible for returning and paying the shipping charges back to us.

9. Special order items are subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Yes we do ship internationally. However we may require to verify your order prior to ship. International orders do not have tracking numbers, the transit times are as follow:
