1. No we do not have a physical store in Miami. We are a 100% online retail store. If you preferred to contact us directly dial 1-800-657-0292.

2. We do not have a catalog at this time all our products can be found online.

3. We have a 365 day return policy as long as the merchandize is not used and has all the original tags. Click here to read our return policy.

4. We ship daily upon availability of the inventory. If the item is in stock we ship your order the same day.

5. Yes our clothing all have American sizes. Please visit our sizing page for more info.

6. Our products are manufactured with very high quality in the United States, Mexico, and China.

7. Our policy is a 100% online retail store and our warehouse does not permit for retail local traffic.

8. We do not sell any merchandize made in Cuba. It is illegal to do trading with Cuba.

9. Yes we can manufacture custom shirts for large orders. The total minimum order must be at least 100 shirts.

10. We do custom embroidery. The total minimum order must be at least 6 shirts.

11. Yes we provide discounts for wholesale purchases. Discounts will be assigned individually please contact us with your inquiry.

12. Yes we do ship internationally. However we may require to verify your order prior to ship.

13. Sometime there are various reasons why we do not have an item in your size. In the case of larger sizes e.g. 3X and 4X some manufacturers do not make them. In the case of “Final Sale Items” all the sizes might not be available. Also, due to the popularity of our shirts, some items are sold even before we receive the inventory and we need to restock. Restocking can take longer if the shirt was manufacture outside the United States. Most of the time we carry a large size inventory in all our products.

14. Yes. We send all our products with packing slips not invoices or receipts therefore all our orders go without the pricing information.
